Sidemount diving is not exclusively for technical diving, it is eminent for recreational diving as well. When you dive Sidemount, you have your bottles down along the side, and it might seem a little strange, but once you've tried it, it makes good sense. When you dive Sidemount, you get inequality to control your buoyancy and especially your trim better in the water. In addition, you become more streamlined in the water. As an added bonus, you have the option of bringing more air with you on your dive.

Would you like to be more streamlined in the water, and have the option to control your buoyancy and trim better? Then Sidemount is the answer!
Originally, Sidemount comes from cave diving, where sometimes it is important to fill as little as possible. Precisely when you have to go through small passages, you need to be able to remove your equipment in the water.md.
This is NOT a TEK course! It's a course for those who want to try something different and maybe want to "extend" the bottom time with more air, but don't want or can wear a double set.
Age requirement: 15 years
Experience level: Diving certificate (Open Water or higher)

The course consists of a theory module, pool session and 3 open water dives.
